New! -Kidsport Timmins applications for the 2011 year are now being accepted.

All those who have previously applied must reapply for the full year 2011.

• Remember that when you apply it must be for all sports for the entire year 2011 as only one application is accepted each year per child and it cannot be changed after acceptance and vouchers printed.

Remember that if you do not provide the following your application will be returned by mail:

1) One application completed for each child.
 
2) Sports requested section completed and registration fee and equipment listed with cost. Remember maximum is $350.00 per child.

2) Notice of assessment for the household

3) Recent pay stub for two weeks within the last month

4) If first time applicant a reference name and contact that can verify your financial situation


Do not bring or mail unless all the above is enclosed. Applications must come from Timmins area not outside Timmins

KidSport Timmins office hours at the YMCA building 376 Popular Street Timmins are Tuesdays and Wednesday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and Thursdays 6 pm to 9 pm. It is best to call before coming.

Applications are available at the YMCA, South Porcupine Library, Schumacher McIntyre Leisure office, Riopelle Griener’s office, Columbus Chiropractic, D&R Collectibles, Timmins Square Wicked Stuff, Tiffany’s store (Corner Wendy/Wilcox)
